Multi-generational ViewHomes™ of Clark County - Sunday's Home

Saturday, April 9, 2016

Sunday’s are generally family day at our multi-generational home in Camas. Our lifestyle is one that is gaining in popularity for a variety of reasons. Ours is for practicality and for enjoyment.  My sis and her husband, and me and my husband share in the care of our elderly parents and we chose a property which gives us all plenty of “elbow room for the soul.” Plus, since we grew up in Alaska, our family enjoys having Nature As Neighbors. It’s a great perk to be surrounded by nature’s beauty and a variety of wildlife.

Sharing a family estate enables us to have more freedom too. For example, my sister and her husband are currently enjoying adventures on a month-long road trip. Life goes on per usual during their extended absence. They don’t have to worry about home security, our parents, or yard maintenance. We’ve got it covered!  It’s a wonderful solution for our circumstances and situation. We even have plenty of room for visiting family and friends.

My husband and I specialize in selling ViewHomes of Clark County. Homes on larger parcels with the aforementioned amenities. Family estates, rural homes, ViewHomes, and multigenerational properties are our passion. It’s all we do. We think our finely-tuned focus gives our clients the best possible representation and access to the resources they need in selling, or finding one of these special properties.

For example, one of our current listings is a vibrant, one-of-a-kind property located on the Washougal River. It not only gives you access to river frontage and recreation, but it has a private waterfall too. A unique, one-level floor plan has two very private master suites, lending the home to interesting possibilities.  Multi-generational? Couples who value privacy? Or? Call us today for a complimentary consultation, we’d love to help you sell, or purchase, your ViewHome.™
